ReefMetric respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It's cookieless and privacy-first: no cookies, no persistent identifiers, no cross-site tracking, no personal data collected — Cloudflare measures traffic using aggregated, anonymized signals instead. If you subscribe to our email list, we also collect the address you provide and never sell it.

Cookies & consent

ReefMetric sets no cookies of its own, and our analytics doesn't use them either — so there's nothing to consent to and no banner is required under GDPR or similar laws, which specifically target cookies and persistent tracking identifiers. When you click a "Check price" link, you leave ReefMetric for the retailer's site, and that retailer may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy — that's between you and them, not us. If that ever changes — if we add cookie-based tracking of any kind — this page updates first, and EU/UK visitors would see a consent banner before any tracking cookie is set.
